After many months of research in close co operation with the sciences University of Bordeaux (spectrographic electronic department), the national center of casting industries, of prosthesis makers, of dental-surgeons, and a French casting according to the ISO 9002 manufacturing norms, we have launched the Himalaya évolution 'y Pluriel alloy.

DENTAL ALLOY OF SURGICAL TYPE

at norms ASTM F75-92 = ISO 5832-4

HIMALAYA évolution y Pluriel without beryllium (the presence of Ni + Fe as traces inferior at 0.66% are under the detection limit of the spectrometer) for combined works without bimetallization phenomena.

PROPERTIES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Himalaya alloy at surgical norms Iso 5832-4 NF EN ISO 6871 /I (base cobalt)

Co 63.32 -cr 28.60 mo 5.88 + others 2.2% of tolerance

Melting interval 1230° / 1380°C

Specific weight 8.8

Hardness HV 30-285 /305 in according to the flow method

Homogeneousness. Corrosion strength

Coefficient of thermal expansion 13,80X10-6°K-1 à 500°, 14,30X10-6°K-1 à 600°, expending curve without epsilon formation.

The brown/green oxidation fitted to the Cobalt base is steady, without progression and coaling after many passings in the kiln, is very easy to eliminate by micro sandblasting 250u in the constructings and by erasing on the triturated and others faces.

Excellent fluidity by all smelting system.

Easy to erase and to polish because its fine and steady granulometry.

The application of binder or bonding "ACCRO" is optional according to the ceramic brands.
